I have been wanting to make this all season-the ro I have been wanting to make this all season-the rosemary snow globe! ❄️ To make it, add a little water in a glass with a twig of rosemary. Place in the freezer until the ice is frozen. Just before serving, add carbonated water or another clear carbonated beverage!
