This smoothie will keep you cool during the hot summer heat! This delicious treat tastes great and is also full of naturally occurring antioxidants and other phytonutrients to support your health! Antioxidants found in this smoothie such as vitamin C, flavonoids, lutein, and manganese working together with other phytonutrients may help to protect cells from damage by fighting against unstable molecules called free radicals.1,2 The free radicals can be produced by our bodies in response to inflammation or excessive exercise, or even from exposure to common elements such as UV radiation from the sun or air pollution.1,2 So help smoothie away your worries with this fantastic and nutritious cool beverage!
